SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders received before 4 PM ET on a business day are processed the same day, if your order is placed after this it will be processed the next day.

The shipping and processing times depend on the items you're ordering. The status of each product (Jewelry or Merch) is indicated on each individual product page, as well as the estimated shipping date.

Jewelry: It normally takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order before dispatch. Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout. 

 

Clothing: It normally takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.

We work our clothing line with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. If you're ordering jewelry and clothing, you will receive two packages with different shipping date.

U.S DELIVERIES 

Aspekto Jewelry is pleased to offer Free First-Class Shipping on jewelry orders to anywhere in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

Jewelry: USPS First-Class Package Estimated Delivery 2 - 5 Business Days after processing.

Clothing: Standard Shipping Estimated Delivery 5 - 8 business days after processing.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

USPS First Class Mail International: $13.00 - $20.00

Shipping times below do not include dispatch time. 

USPSFirst Class Mail International may take up to 10 - 25 business days.

 

Customs tax is the responsibility of the buyer, if applicable. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know their country’s tax policy before purchasing from Aspekto Jewelry located in Groton, Connecticut, United States. We do not reimburse customs tax nor do we collect tax on behalf of any customs department. Buyers are responsible for paying postage to have an item redelivered for failure to pay the customs tax or if an undeliverable address is provided, resulting in packages being shipped back to Aspekto Jewelry. Please be sure the address provided upon checkout is one that is able to accept packages and tax due notices if your country imposes customs tax.

LOST PACKAGE

Aspekto Jewelry is not liable for any lost or stolen packages during transit and It is the customers responsibility to contact the post office if a package goes missing or arrives damaged. If your package is lost in transit, please contact your local Postal Service or submit a claim to USPS at:
